Offer description We are looking for an Administration and HR Coordinator for our team, which will be responsible for the organization of the entire office and its proper functioning.
This person will work hand in hand with the HR Manager to create and maintain the company culture, to make sure our team has a nice and effective working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining the office
  • Cooperation with external suppliers (courier companies, suppliers of office and food items, cleaning company)
  • Admission support for office work
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone conversations
  • Ordering food and groceries
  • Keeping records of working time and preparation of reports
  • Help in organizing corporate events and business trips
  • Coordinating and servicing employee benefits
  • Onboarding for new team members
  • Archiving and organizing documents
  • Supporting HR Manager in HR processes
  • Ensuring efficient internal communication with employees
  • Providing HR reports and other administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HR department in a plus
