  • Comprehensive reception service (greeting guests, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, update calendars and schedule meetings etc.)
  • Organizing business trips
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Assistance in relocation for new employees
  • Cooperation with external suppliers (courier companies, suppliers of office and food items, cleaning company)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Ordering food and beverages
  • Ordering taxi for employees and guests
  • Archiving and organizing documents
  • Everyday duties commissioned by the Board Members and Team Leader
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and creativity in finding new solutions
  • Perfect planning and organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under time pressure
